"We went and saw a few photographers before our wedding. Some of them spent the whole time telling us what an artist they were and how they can do this or that. They didn't even bother to ask us what type of wedding we were having or what we wanted. They told us where they were going to take the photos and just showed us what they had done before. When we met with Prophoto, they sat down with us and had a chat and listened to what we had planned for the day and we worked out everything with a plan for the day from the moment we started to get ready for the day, the ceremony, the locations we wanted and right through the reception. Rather than tell us how our day was going to be, they listened and then gave us suggestions that ended up improving our day. Allowances for variations to the plan were made, including the fact that it ended up being 37 degrees on the day. It was the planning and organisation skills of Prophoto that took so much stress out of the day itself and let us do what we wanted to do, which was relax and enjoy the day as we wanted to. At the reception they blended in with the crowd and captured our family and friends in a relaxed way rather than the stiff and unnatural poses I have seen in the wedding photos of others. With all the guests we had, they managed to capture great shots of everyone. We can't thank you enough, not only for the great photos, but for putting us both at ease on the day and helping make it the special day that it was. Thanks very much,"
